University Calendar

The University is closed on the following recognized holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving break, and Christmas break.  Dates are subject to change. Please see current class schedule for any calendar revisions. The Little Rock Air Force Base Center of ASU-Beebe offers classes on an alternative schedule, including eight, ten, and sixteen week classes. The calendar may be viewed on the website at www.asub.edu.  Additionally, online courses are offered during the traditional Fall and Spring semesters as well as in summer terms and in an eight week format throughout the year. The eight week courses run on the following schedule: Term I: August to October; Term II: October to December; Term III: January to March; Term IV: March to May; Term V: May to July.

These short-term classes are usually offered at night, weekends, or online and are designed to enhance personal or professional skills. 

Community Education

The Continuing Education/Workforce Development Department at ASU-Beebe sponsors numerous non-credit classes that are designed to meet the needs of the general public and business workforce.

Advanced Programs

Through a partnership between A-State and ASUB, students may earn baccalaureate degrees from Arkansas State University by taking coursework at the Degree Center on the Beebe campus.
